On-line: Orders can be placed online by using our online e-store solution. Visit www.pegasuspaper.ca to register and enjoy 24/7 online ordering and inventory verification.  Orders will be processed and confirmed during regular business hours.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to the order shipping. Typically, local orders are picked on the same day if the order was placed before 2pm MST. Out of town orders are processed by end of business the following day.

Shipping

All orders placed on the regular order days are shipped from our warehouse via Pegasus Paper or its Agent's vehicles unless otherwise specified. Pegasus Paper will attempt to accommodate rush orders, however, shipping charges may be applied.

Pick-up orders

Customers may pick up orders during showroom hours. No appointment is required.  Walk-in orders are also welcome.

Special orders

Items that are not regularly stocked can be requested. Special orders are non-returnable.

Returns

  • RETURN POLICY: All returns require a Credit Authorization (CA) number issued by your Sales Representative, Delivery Driver or Customer Service Representative.
  • A claim for the CA# must be made within 30 days from the receipt of goods. Please indicate which items you are returning and indicate the reason for your return.  Please specify the return reason for each item if there is a different reason.
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID CA#.
  • All goods must be returned in it’s ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in saleable condition, unless the return was due to shipping damage or a quality issue,. .
  • Inadvertent shipping of the wrong item will be accepted for return provided it is in original packaging and has not been soiled, damaged or altered in any way.

Shortages or Damaged Product

If a product appears damaged or there is a product short on the order, please notify your delivery driver to receive a Credit Authorization. Shortage claims on shipments shipped via a third party will not be honoured.

  • Payment terms: To be determined on approved credit. We reserve the right to withhold shipments, without notification, on overdue accounts.
  • Credit cards:      Payment by Visa and MasterCard are accepted prior to shipment.
